1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Redio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Redio provides users with an AI-powered platform to generate, edit, and publish audiobooks and audio content. The platform also acts as a marketplace where creators can sell access to their generated audio.
3. Rights and Ownership
Your Content: You retain 100% of the commercial rights to the audio content you generate on Redio, provided you have the right to use the underlying text or prompts.
Platform Fee: For audiobooks sold directly through the Redio marketplace, we take a standard 15% platform fee from each transaction to cover payment processing and hosting costs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Redio to generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, promotes violence, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to ban users and remove content that violates these policies.
